Matanzas, MIA
Here is KL Polish Matanzas, which is from the Havana Heat collection this summer:
I would call this little fine flakie particles in a very bright blue color. It's very pretty and I'm looking forward to wearing it.

So many brands out there now ... I've never seen this one before.
ReplyDeleteIt's from Kathleen Lights, a YouTube beauty blogger. (I think it's manufactured by Colourpop, but I'm not 100% sure of that.) It's been around for about two years now. The polishes are not cheap but they last pretty well, and there's some nice colors.
