NOTD: Razzle Dazzle Rose + lots of flakies

This is (to be more specific than I got in the title above) Insta-Dri Razzle Dazzle Rose (2 coats, I think? - this was 10 days or so ago now) plus Essie Shine Of The Times (2 coats). So it's total flakie goodness.
