Clearly Spotted

This is Maybelline Clearly Spotted (from the Polka Dots collection, which presumably was a couple of years ago when matte glitter was all the rage):

I swatched it on the wheel (bottom to top) with no undercoat, with a black undercoat, and with an undertone of Color Show Tenacious Teal.

I think I like it the best over black, although of course if you want the black and the white to show up, you have to put it over a medium-toned color. (I just grabbed the green because it was there, and it's not bad but hmm, maybe a fuchsia?)
